30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with any product purchased directly from BiotechBeautyUS.com, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at hi@biotechbeautyus.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with return authorization and instructions to get started.

What You Need to Know:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we’ve received and processed your return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• All Build-Your-Own Bundles and discounted set purchases are considered final sale once shipped. Because each bundle is curated by the customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on individual items within a bundle.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all gift cards, trial-sized products, promotional items, and marked sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
